For the wider organisation we help to improve effectivenessthrough providing highly focused and flexibleLeader Skills Workshops(LSW)™ that help to equip busy leaders with the tools and techniques to make things happen.Leader Skills Workshops (LSW)™ are different from business school or training programmes. They are customised modules constructed around leadership themes that can be modularised and delivered on-site to fit the schedules of busy people. These may be anything from a two hour session delivered around a lunchtime slot, a longer session starting mid-morning and finishing mid-afternoon (leaving the beginning and end of the day free for work) or a series of modules spread across a period of time. Often, the leadership teamis a useful vehicle to pilot such workshops before rolling-out to the wider organisation.The LSW deliverable is a fast, focused injection of skillsdesigned to help busy managers ‘hit the ground running’. Eachworkshopis tailor-made to meet the client's needs but draws on a range of generic materials to ensure cost-effective delivery.
