Who we are. I am Dr Fred Cannon. I set up OED Consulting in 1999 after 15 years as a consultant with large, international consulting firms including several at Director and Partner levels.Dr. Fred Cannon

OED comprises a small number of close colleagues tried and tested over many years but also draws on a well-established network of associates/alliances when required.

Underpinning all our work is our determination to ‘get to the heart of things’ - to build solutions that address root causes and have lasting impact.

We are interested in what clients need rather than what clients sometimes think they want.
