Examples of recent assignments:

For one of the world’s premier investment banks OED co-designed and delivered a series of leadership team workshops to enhance business planning and build leadership capability at a time of unprecedented growth for senior level teams across the European Operation. For the world’s biggest manpower services company OED designed and delivered a modular leader skills programme for senior and high potential managers in both North America and Europe as part of a drive to build a more coherent identity across national and business boundaries. For an international retail bank OED co-designed and facilitated a series of leadership offsites for all UK regions in the business banking division as a key component of a wider leadership development initiative which helped senior managers become more effective and inspirational leaders. For three Finnish multinationals OED facilitated task forces on performance management and designed, developed and delivered a series of innovative skills modules to implement new performance development processes for senior managers in Europe, North America and Asia. For one of Canada’s ‘top five’ banks OED conducted an assessment of the European leadership team, coached the CEO and each of his direct reports and designed and facilitated the region’s first leadership team workshop to enable the region to strengthen its identity and further develop its business effectiveness and potential. or a global European cocoa and chocolate manufacturer OED designed and delivered an ‘issue-driven’ leadsership development programme comprising 10 separate modules involving 150 senior managers across four continents (15 countries). For several organisations over many years OED has conducted one-on-one leader-coaching using either proprietary or company-owned feedback instruments. In several cases coaching contracts have been multi-input with OED managing the coaching process across several months.
