OED Consulting has established a strong network of associates, links and alliances both in the UK and world-wide. While a number of these have been in place for many years, new expertise is added to meet the requirements of particular clients.

A number of our workshops and programmes are held at Schloss Marbach a premier executive development centre one hour from Zurich airport on the edge of Lake Constance that OED has worked with for more than a decade.

Others are held around the world as required. 		How OED helps to transform business: The Equities division of a European bank wants to implement a new sales strategy. The strategy is not supported by the European parent and there is division in the management team about what is the right path to follow.
