through coaching based around our Effective Organisational Leadership (EOL)™ framework which highlights research-based behaviours critical to effective leadership.

The EOL framework is a user-friendly, practical leadership model tried and tested with managers in international organisations over a period of 20 years.

A unique feature of the framework is that it allows individual leaders to explore their leadership both in terms of balance (e.g. vision v execution) and through a hierarchy of attributes (e.g. ensuring execution -> managing performance -> delegating responsibility).

can therefore help leaders ‘drill down’ from the macro to the micro and target specific leadership behaviours to work on to improve leadership effectiveness.
